Design a T-Shirt - create a vector graphic based on rough sketch

Contest Brief

Please find attached two files. One is an image from the internet - I want you to copy the helmet style and colours from there. The second is my own very rough sketch of what I want. I am looking for
1. a Spartan soldier/general wearing the helmet
2. with a terse, determined expression
3. holding up one finger
4. saying "IF..." - no speech bubbles, just a curved line
5. #LACONIC written underneath in a strong font
6. maybe with a beard or a stubble

The art should be simple cartoon style.
Please do not waste your effort, ask me if you need any clarifications.
Deliverable: vector files (preferable both .ai and .psd)
