If you don't know about this life concept -
Output is what people get when they do the work without really bothering whether it met the objective of the exercise or not.
Outcome is what people get when they do the work and objective for doing that exercise is met.
To give a simple example, if I give you 10 food ingredients and a recipe to make a food dish and you make it as per the instructions believing that your work is done, that's output. But if you ask me if the dish tasted the way I wanted it to, then that is Outcome. (meeting the objective of me asking you to make the dish)
Problem in our society is that most people concentrate on giving the output and not outcome and becoz of the people are not happy with their work.
now I need this to be explained in a poster. (with a subtle Wellcure.com logo at the bottom)
It should start with explaining the concept and give 4-5 examples the way I gave. You can put 'output vs outcome' on google and read some articles/see some images around this concept.
