Contest Brief

Dear Freelancer,

I need a website Logo for my review website.

We review and taste test salsa/queso/chips from restaurants, stores, e.t.c .. so, the normal consumer knows which salsa is better before they buy. Salsa is the main thing we review. hence, our name. Mr Salsa.

My idea was a butler looking guy eating a chip(with salsa on it) called Mr.Salsa. also, our website address is MrSalsa.org if this could somehow be incorporated somehow into the logo to drive people back to us that would be awesome. But, I am open to all your ideas.. who knows your idea though different than mine could win!

Must be remember-able and look professional.
Must have a transparent background to work on any website background.
Must be original from you. No other logos from other companies.
Must be able to do an edit of the Logo to add our slogan / tagline once our Freelancer contest(for a slogan) finishes in 3 days (this contest will run for 14)
Must be in the following image dimensions

Favicon - 16px/16px
Footer Logo - 100x22px (max size our site accepts for the footer logo)
Main Logo - bigger than the footer logo. I'll trust you on the size
FB cover - 820 pixels wide by 462 pixels tall

All images must be retina ready
Best logo wins.

We are having too many tech / lawyer type logos submitted. we will now be rejecting any of the ones we flat-out do not fit our theme. Please, see the top rated contender logos / images for idea's what we are looking for. Just words on a background will not work. Thank you!

I should clarify. When I mean professional. I do not mean professional as in making the logo look like we are a lawyer or tech corporation. More of professional as in something not done by a 5 year old in MS Paint. So far (as, I can tell) all the designs are professional. except, some have taken my professional words literally and, given just words on card stock making it look like a lawyer or tech company logo. Please, see the top running entries for clarification on what we are kind of looking for. I will comment on each entry.
