Contest Brief

«JF Design» is a newly formed interior design studio (JF stands for initials of chief designer).

Our slogan is «modern style design with subtlety (finesse) and naughtiness»;

Our mission is «bringing harmony and zest for life» to our clients;

Studio works in a modern style (it’s based on classic style) of residential-only interior design (does not design offices or shops);

We work in “high-end” (deluxe) segment of interior design and currently have 2 out of 50 «Forbes Russia» individuals among our clients. However, we also do some work in “above average” segment.

Target audience: High net worth individuals (mostly men in the age between 40+ and 50+) who hire interior designer on a project where interior (work + materials) cost starts from 1 million USD.

Targeted reaction: Logo should make a client feel that «JF Design» works in a modern classic style (elegant and delicate), but studio also adds a bit of naughtiness into interiors (there should really be only a bit of naughtiness, since clients with such budgets do not want to experiment too much).

To put it in a different way – logo should reflect mentioned above and look premium & professional on one hand and be a bit playful on the other.
