Contest Brief

I'm looking for a modern, clean and simple logo for a newspaper company.

I like newspaper, paper airplane, paper boat icons - we are on the coast so boats are good to incorporate if it looks nice.

It does NOT have to have an icon - the goal is to keep it clean and easy to read.

Measures 272 x 90, but must be vectored.

BONUS if you can also incorporate the design of the river in the attached photo. It can be any incorporation, that will tip the scales in your favor if done right.
