Contest Brief

I need a monotone graphic designed ASAP to be used on a can koozie for a bachelor party. I would like two pictures for the koozie designed to fit in the specifications listed on the attached PDF file. I'd like the monotone color to be either light (to be used on a dark koozie) or dark to be used on a light colored koozie.

Picture 1: I'd like one side of the can koozie to be a picture of the groom's face (I will supply the picture to the contest winner). The face will need to be turned into a cartoon or something to be in monotone. Above the picture I would like it to say something like "I SURVIVED" then his picture in the middle. Underneath the picture I'd like it to say "Greg's bachelor party". Then underneath that "July 19-20, 2013"

I'm open to alternatives like something semi-raunchy (but not X rated) with his face and an "entertainer" or something...your imagination is appreciated!

Picture 2: I'd like the back of the koozie to list 20 guy's first names. The list of names will be supplied to the contest winner.
