Contest Brief

We are a real estate development company, based in Mississippi, USA, that focuses on taking existing homes that are in need of work, rehabbing and remodeling them, then reselling them. We're looking for a logo that will be a good fit for our website and eventual social media presence. Here is our current website: http://www.mississippihomes.us/

The winning designer will be expected to provide both the winning logo design, and a smaller/simpler version of the logo that can be used as an icon, favicon, or located where there is limited space. Because pictures of each home, which all have different colors, are part of the website, the color palette for the logo has to be fairly neutral.
