Contest Brief

Our brand is called American Patriot Outpost and we sell patriotic-themed T-shirts. We need a visually appealing design for a new shirt. The design should be something that a large number of American men and women would find appealing and want to buy and wear. The entire design should be on the front of the shirt. No designs that call for 2 sided printing or printing on the sleeves.

The text for the shirt is "Caffeinated American." The graphics are up to your creativity (although please keep in mind the general patriotic theme and avoid political messaging) but the idea is a slightly humorous take on the American addiction to coffee but with a patriotic theme. Maybe a graphic of a mug with an American flag on it. Or comes up with something even better!

Modern and vintage designs are great, but nothing cartoon-like or whimsical. This shirt is supposed to be humorous but not silly. It is a statement of pride in America.

Red, white and blue are good colors for obvious reasons, but they don't have to be vivid or bright. Colors can be faded and distressed according to your creativity. Designs should appeal to men and women. The majority of shirts will be black, white, red or navy blue, so the design should work on these colors as much as possible.

Deliverable is a PNG file with transparent background and the source file.
