  You don't need to model a city.
  We just need a style reference from the point of view of a pedestrian. We don't want to offer image references as this is a creative contest.
  You don't need to model it. You can paint it.
  We will create a Project with much more money based on the ideas received.

  I have to agree with the rest of the people who can read words - not exactly understanding how you can have a modern looking city - without - roads in it.
  
  Are you saying here that you just want a collection of modern buildings and no context? In which case Dosch Design do some great building sets.
  
  Are you not going to #increaseprize because, otherwise - I think I may have said - Dosch Designs do some great building sets and - if you don't - basically you're going to be seeing a hell of a lot of Dosch Designs buildings sets entered.

  Reference, we need some idea - visually - what you mean here.

     Agree, freelancers trying their best to lower the price of jobs in here are really affecting everyone. Good thing these people generally have low quality work.

     Well, yes. Generally one generally gets exactly what one pays for. Hire an actual designer, of course, and you'll get a lot more - but you have to start with putting something down on the table first. I mean, as others have pointed out - an entire city for less that $500 bucks - nobody puts in for that without cutting more than a few corners first, thats just sweatshop prices.

  How big is the area of the city that you need? A street, block, or really a whole city? Because it is a bit difficult to imagine a city without a single car or road...
