Contest Brief

We are SounDXB, a company providing (a) simultaneous interpretation equipment rentals, (b) services of simultaneous intepreters, (c) tour guide system rentals, and (d) remote simultaneous interpretation services.

We are looking for a designer to create a custom, easily editable corporate profile booklet template. The electronic copy of the corporate profile will be sent to new customers along with quotations, it will be used in various tenders and whenever we need to introduce our company. The profile may be printed in the form of a brochure at some point.

The ultimate goal is to have a profile which is informative and very visual. The template must be easily customizable to add/delete new sections and illustrations without ruining the structure and layout of the document. We expect that the template will be in Word for ease of editing and eventual conversion to PDF, but we can be flexible as long as the design is easily editable.

Attached is a corporate profile of a completely different company that we like as a sample for the designer to draw inspiration from.

Please expect multiple revisions until we are fully satisfied with the product.

The successful bidder for this job may be offered an additional job finalizing the corporate profile once all the content is collected and put together from our side.

Hi and thanks, glad you like the design, i can deliver this in microsoft publisher for easy edits and complete the rest of the pages you needed, you'll have full access to easily edit at any time and export pdfs for web and print

  As long as it is easily editable. We will be adding text, changing pictures etc. We do not have a staff designer with knowledge of photoshop.

Please read the brief carefully. We do not need a new logo. We need a Corporate Profile booklet template.
