Contest Brief

I have created material for DevOps for my company. I need a brochure to be built. It is NOT a bifold/trifold brochure. It is more like several full-pages (sales sheets, if you will). Imagewise, the first and last page will be more human aspects (images of IT influence inhuman life) while the middle pages will be more technical images. I want LOTS of white/empty/sober-colored space in all pages, especially in the first page. I have attached basic examples of some brochures as well as some trial material here. Based on this, once I choose the contest winner, he or she will design the actual brochure based on what I exactly want. I will also need the template in word, pdf, etc. so that I can keep the same brochure when I change content in future.
