I want to find a logo for my company : My company's name is called Mine Leadership.
I am specialized in the field of leadership development (training and coaching). I mainly work with coporate clients and non profit organizations.
Most of my work is international, I have been delivering projects everywhere around the world with people from very different background and education..
I would like to find a logo that would be sober, Professional and would represent this idea of diversity and the international exposure... I do not have yet any clearer idea.... Hope it helps.
Just an update, I really like the original proposition and I had an idea. As my work is very international, all my advertising will be about working with people from all around the world from different origin and background. I was thinking about integrating a globe of the earth. If it give you any ideas ?

I just had the idea of taking a nice globe with a circle in the middle. In the circle a fancy logo with the initial 'ML'. And on the Side : Mine Leadership writen in the same font than the slogan....
