convert an old newspaper advertisement in to a poster. keen to make the poster look vintage, with a modern twist for 'glasgow estate' which is where i live.

please use the graphic 'glasgow estate' and the words from the advertisement, which are in the .docx document. have included the original advertisement plus text in word for convenience

  happy for colour, but am keen for it to have a vintage look. the original advertisement is from 1884
