Contest Brief

We want to create a case study flyer that we can send out to potential clients. I have all the information I would like to put on the flyer attached below but I would like it to be visually appealing and not to appear too text heavy. All the text must be included on the flyer but it is all about layout for this project.
I have included a copy of the iHotelligence logo and the Riverbank House Hotel logo to be used in the flyer also.
A4 in size and 2 sided.
