Hello,

I need a custom listing site for different items located in my country.
The site should basically allow users to look for items in an specific area of a city.
Furthermore users should be able to add items to the listing.

The design specifications for the site are as following:

1) Use PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap
2) Very nice and unique design
3) Using Google Maps for the listings

Project Specifications :

1) Landing page with Google MAPS on top (left site) and login panel (right site)

1.1) In the Google Maps panel should show a Search box, which leads to a payment site (PayPal Integration), if database has returned entries for the listing.
1.2) If user has payed a one time payment of his choice (PayPal Sandbox for testing) listings in this area should appear on listing site
2) Adding listing panel
2.1) The panel should redirect to a registration page (or login)
2.2) If logged in the user can see a small dashboard with his entered listings and
3) Below some description with a nice layout (e.g. Icons + Descriptions)
4) Subscription Box as third element
5) Footer
