Contest Brief

I am looking for concept art for a futuristic, luxury, building complex. I will award twice, one for best exterior design and once for best interior design, the same artist can be awarded both if they provide the best entry for both.

The building should seem luxurious, and a little futuristic. A place where you will be greeted for other activities away from the building, but with areas to spend time in locally. The building background is to be in a mountainous area near water or on the water.

Exterior Design Requirements:
- 2 stories
- Open design where buildings have a large courtyard with open space
- Primarily glass walls
- Primary Color of structure: Black
- Accent colors of structure: Silver/Gold/Grey/White
- Trees and plants

Interior design must include:
- Concierge/Welcome desk
- Open seating areas
- Bar/Lounge
- Open meeting room space
- Primary Colors: Black and White (No checkerboard or heavy black/white patterns)
- Accent Colors and Textures: Silver/Gold/Red/Leather/Fabric/Metal (Be creative)

    Entry #29 and #30 . Resubmitted entry #30 due to some glitches in the upload. Kindly go through the concept art, as it not only shares form concept but also philosophical approach. It primarily shows the levels created through decks and singularity simple masses to cherish the context of building. It is not only contemporary with desired material choices but gives overwhelming response to the country side or mountains. While interior is long transparent space as a hub of the welcome center accommodating Bar area, souvenir shops, multiple sitting and food services while making welcoming spaces intact and transparent through level of decks. Thankyou for such a optimistic and idea based contest. It really helps people to explore their within art ideas.

      No I do not, that's part of what I'm looking for here though, just unique ideas on what it would look like. Those ideas can be expanded into a larger building complex, or smaller building complex accordingly.

      Maybe think of a building that would accommodate 100 or so people walking around with quite a bit of space around them?

      At the rate you charge, this would be 10 hours work for the prize. This should be a few hours of concept drawing, not full renders.

      Dimensions I would say are on par with some of the buildings/complexes in the supplied images. Feel free to be creative.

      Location will be at the edge of a forested area and a lake. You can design to be only on land, or partially on water as you prefer
