Contest Brief

I need an artist to create a portrait of a person with a specific style of old monarch.

It should be created to be views in screen mode (example 500x500px) but I would like it delivered in vector, if possible, so it can be increased for print (example 5000x5000px).

I am attaching references of the style in this project; Please place your best bid and examples of prior work so I can be confident you can deliver top quality work.
