Contest Brief

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a captivating, brand-message-focused design for the homepage of my website. This piece should be visually engaging and communicate our brand’s message at first glance. The design will need to be optimized for both desktop and mobile versions, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.

We need a homepage image that will be full size (take up the full screen before scrolling down) that conveys the following:

We would like to show an open concept office building or similar such structure (some type of commercial building) and demonstrate 3 things:

1) Different types of flooring options
2) Different types of paint options, wallpapers, etc.
3) Different types of texture on the walls and ceilings demonstrating drywall options

For example, in this photo, you can see different types of cabinetry, landscaping, fencing, gables, roofing, outdoor kitchen westlakedevelopmentllc.com - that is the type of photo we want but for the options listed above and would be more of an indoor building photo.

**Ideal skills and experience:**
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with responsive design to ensure optimal viewing on both desktop and mobile
- Ability to translate brand messages into visual design
- Creativity in graphic design to craft custom images
- Strong communication skills to understand and bring the project vision to life

**Key Requirements:**
- Develop a custom graphic design that aligns with our brand's message
- Ensure the design is responsive and looks great on both desktop and mobile devices
- Collaborate closely with me to capture the essence of the brand and incorporate feedback
- Provide final design in a format that is ready for web integration

Preference will be given to expediency as we are wanting this image as soon as possible.
