Contest Brief

I am looking for a header and footer for a poster series that we are making for our office. The poster will be 36 inches high and 24 inches wide so your file must be excellent quality at that size. We will put our photo in at a later date. The top red should have the watermark similar to the attached picture but a "Star of Life" instead of the current one that is there.
The bottom should have our logo and contact information at the bottom, similar to the star of life and the National Registry information. Our logo should be white just as the example. Do not use the swish, phone or website. You can put that as text below that.

The top header text can say YOU Make a Difference...

The lower footer should say Excellence in Training

We will need the photoshop file and a file that can be edited in Adobe Photoshop Elements - This is different than adobe photoshop and I believe photoshop can save in this format.

These posters will be mounted on foam board and placed in our office. Top quality is a must.
