How can we pull data from the above websites as well as other websites? Listings? IDX or other?

How can we Pull info from Zilliow, Trulia and possibly Realtor.com to ours?

Website platform needs to be adaptable for changes and growth.
Could you please tell me if you do such a thing? if so how much? and how long to do you need?
