Hi, I am little bit confused, the "Ultimate Auction Pro" plugin is coming with its theme
On the URL you provided you are installing another theme "Charitiz WP Auction".
So please explain more, are you need to:

1 - Install "Ultimate Auction Pro" theme and plugin and do all customization and configurations
2 - Integrate Auction Pro Plugin with "Charitiz WP Auction"
3 - Customize the "Charitiz WP Auction" to be close to Auction Pro Theme
