ADS can be flagged mainly because of 3 reasons-
1. Overused Image
2. Overused Body & Title
3. Low-quality PVA or Phone Verified Account
Posting same ADS, again and again, will see your post getting flagged. To avoid that, it is necessary to use new and unique ADS once your old AD stops working.
