The skills that I have are mostly from the rigorous training I have received from my home university, University of the Philippines - Diliman. I have been trained to write different things - from technical papers to transcription - through the several projects that I was required of. We were trained to make sure that all our outputs are not plagiarized, with all references properly given credit. Other than the skills that were honed by my University education, I also have received training from my previous employers in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. I have been trained to handle customer queries, complaints, reports on voice. I have served thousands of customers from the US and Australia.
