Started working on the project before getting the job, which was a plus. I was mislead by the willingness. As opposed to what he told me, had no experience in the field, but got himself educated on the go. He can do what he is explicitly told to, but unable to think ahead of problems. Later, fixing those problems qualifies as *new features* for him, which is kind of unacceptable. (Example: we need to send data via internet in a phone app. We get no error message, no notification if there is no internet connection. The app SEEMS to work as expected, but it does not. Fixing this qualifies as a new feature for him.) Deadlines are nonexisting. Quotes "1 day delivery" on this simple project, only to cancel 3 weeks later. "I will send today" means it never arrives, one week later cancels the project. He seems cheap, but considering the wasted weeks, it was very expensive. I was very-very patient, never pressured him. This might be a mistake on my side... Of course all this might only be temporary, it is possible that next week he is a dream employee... I am very sorry how this ended, I trusted him judged by his initial attitude.
