This project is about solving customers product's complaints which is purchased from the companies outlet. and it has two interface as web and mobile.. all tickets(customer complaints about the products) has been created and maintained in web application and which will be assigned to particular executes and they will work in customer place to solves the issues , these functionalities have been used in mobile application to capture the job details.. and the can also be performed in web application with right user privileges.

My role in these application.
- Identify user's functional flows and scenarios
- Created test case for scenarios identified.
- Test Execution, Defect tracking
- Performance testing using jmeter, Automated Application's major flow using Selenium Web driver
- User manual creation.
