I undertake Architectural projects designing residential properties & extensions for planning applications. The work for this includes measured surveys, drawing of existing plans & elevations, designing proposed layouts of new-builds, extensions or home re-models. Planning application documentation and submissions to local authorities for planning approval. Production of detailed construction drawings and specifications follow for Building Regulations approval. I can also provide 3D models of homes showing proposed designs with high quality internal and external renders. I have a passion for residential work and was awarded best house renovation 2015 (Beautiful Homes Magazine), for one of my projects. I have also been a Structural Draughtsman/ Technician for over 20 years. I specialise in Steelwork, Concrete & Masonry, producing construction all types of drawings, from G.A Plans, Elevations, Building Sections & Construction Details.
