-Created a fully functional relational database system from a manual reporting system. Process involved normalizing reports, creating and loading tables with test data, and creating GUI forms and interactive programs to produce online reports. Also provided complete program and system documentation. This was done using Oracle 8i and Oracle Developer 6.0 Forms and Reports on a mainframe.
