I started working with Tech-Synergy right after taking the tests. While those who entered the training with us stayed for two to three months, we after a few days of proving our ability started to do the real work. As part of the team, I have proven my abilities/capabilities to become a Senior Medical Transcriptionist, even was about to promoted to the QA level when I needed to resign for some two years of training in another aspect somewhere in the center of the country.
