This contractor promises to finish work repeatedly for hundreds of times, but he keeps delaying again and again and again. At beginning he said he can finish the work within 1-2 weeks, but it has been prolonged for nearly 1 year and not finished yet. Each time he send me the milestone work, it is awful at its appearance and operation. It took me a lot time to check again and again, then to ask him to fix systematic issues again and again. I am so disappointed with the contractor's ability.
