New interactive website with drag drop feature and payment gateway integration

The freelancer accepted our project without understanding it completely even though we were clear about our requirements. Later after going through the details properly, he asked for a pay rise even though we had settled for a price beyond our budget. He also took advantage of our lack of knowledge of freelancer.com, and fraudulently disputed all our milestones and tried to take the money. He never informed us of any solid advancements of our project and neither did he demonstrate any part of the work. When we tried to contact, they ignored our messages and and claimed for the money without showing anything of the work they were given. Worst people to get your job done from! I don't recommend this freelancer to anyone!
