With more than seven years of Accounting and Finance experience in the banking and business process outsourcing industry, including a 1 ½ years of banking employment as a Sales and Service Assistant and Bank Teller. Some of the expertise I have gained through the years are proficiency in executing banking processes, daily transaction reconciliation, sale of bank products, customer service, consistent input of recommendations for procedural enhancement and personnel management.
I also worked as Billing Coordinator performing a variety of complex accounting functions for billing (e.g. generating pre-bills, draft bills, final bills and ad-hoc reporting). One of my recent career accomplishments in Baker and Mackenzie is when I developed macro tools which helped my teammates expedite the processing of bills and keep it aligned with the recent changes in billing templates for Singapore office. I also assume responsibility as an OIC during the absence of a Team Leader for billing team. I am also a key contact for our Singapore client and having an outstanding working relationship with Assistant Manager. Because of this, the handlings of bills have been rated as excellent despite the complexity of its nature. I have even shared a few excel tips with her as well.

Major strengths include a very analytical mind, keen on details, results-driven and service-oriented. I am also a hardworking and self motivated individual, adaptable and can easily work in a different environment. I have an excellent communication and people skill being a key member in any team developing and executing strategic goals. I am very dedicated and I take work seriously, but I also know how to balance this with personal life as well.
