I am looking for Angular 7 expert.

He or She can't finish my project. First He or She accepted my project before does understand about my project. And communication is very bad(very slow and can't understand). So he wasted 5 days of my time. I have a bad experience with him. I suggest to everyone "Don't work with him." This job is terrible.
