I have worked in the BPO industry for over 10 years and I learned a lot from it. Interacting with people and assisting them steadfastly gives me a sense of fulfillment because I know that I have done my job. Being able to resolve an issue is an accomplishment no matter how big or small since I love a good challenge. I’ve also attended some seminars, one of which was organized by TeleDevelopment where I excelled. I can also mingle with different kinds of personalities without any problem. I am a goal-oriented, driven, and dedicated individual.
