I have been working in BPO industry for almost 4 years. I've consistently been a top performer on all of my employments, providing excellent support and resolution based on what the customer needs. I have been an Email and Chat Support Specialist in an online retail shop in US. My scope of support is processing refund or replacement, tracking orders and responding to customer’s general inquiries about the product, how to order and method of payments. I have also worked as an Outbound Sales Representative in an in-house company, getting and qualifying potential leads. I’ve been a Technical Support Representative in a telco company in US, helping and guiding customers on how to troubleshoot their equipment, providing excellent resolution to every customers. Lastly, I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative in one of the largest telco company in Canada. My scope of support is mostly billing, doing modification on customer’s account and performing basic troubleshooting.
