job desc • To compile and collect production and quality data • Controlling and check all payment for vendor • Audit for efficiency vendor performance • Preparing time study data before dealing price with vendor • Preparing monthly production report for Business Unit • Having Knowledge of labor • Ensure development system runs as planned and needs • Ensure the flow of applications is in accordance with the needs of the company • Handling all secretarial task of COO/Director • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc (including preparing and distributing papers for meetings, MOM, correspondence) • Ensure the efficient handling of secretarial works and other assignment including confidential matter • Arranging travel arrangement and visa for expatriates • Prepare business travel report related to reimbursement of expanses
