As a network administrator engineer and system admin, my job is to supervise and maintain systems, hardware and network infrastucture. Both internally and externally, I make sure that everything is running properly, both for our projects and our customers projects. - Installing and configuring new systems. - Add or replace hardware to existing system and make sure that everything is working properly. - Manage user accounts and permissions. - Supervise and manage network faults, traffic loss or DDoS attacks. - Technical support for our customers. - Manage and resolve technical issues that may appear on a day to day basis. - Respond and resolve any call, inquiry or ticket open as fast as possible. - Plan and suggest future improvements or IT solutions to business problems. - Ensure that all procedures comply and meet industry standards. - Test new technologies that improve productivity or resolve IT needs that may arise over time.
