As a creative person, I am happiest in a position or project that emphasizes innovative thinking and originality rather than just implementing or executing the ideas of other people. I enjoy working on projects or tasks that require a depth of expertise or specialization and allow me to build my expertise, or utilize and leverage my existing expertise.
