Customer service is my thing, I like to be able to help people and answer their needs and worries in the best possible way. My concern is always for them to be satisfied. I used to work as a Customer Service agent over the phone for Baldesgins, (Walmart) for class rings for one year. I have being in customer service for long time now, hotels, coffee shops, restaurant etc. The most part of it, is to make the customer feel important!
