As a Customer Support Specialist, my role was to provide support to the customers of a US based travel company through email. The most important aspect of that job was the importance of giving a lot of emphasis on trying to understand the customer's issue and providing to-the-point solution promptly. Often, the volume of emails used to be high and we were made to push the limits. It was challenging as well as had an element of satisfaction at the end of the day after reaching the given goal.
