My ten years as a Health Insurance Resolution Specialist grants me enough experience in providing over the phone resolution to providers for healthcare related issues. During this period I was able to familiarize health care terminology and some of the processes involved between the provider, insurance company and patient when it comes to claims processes, claim denials, eligibility and benefit. I am capable of doing back-office task and have good call handling skills. I am focus at work and reliable. Willing to master my duty , I am looking forward to having a stable job.
