Part-Time Virtual Assistant -- 2

Jane is a very nice girl, but even after showing her videos I created, and I taught her what to do. I guess she is not so great at following directions or organizing her tasks. I even added her to my Trello app to help organize and briefly showed her how to use it. Even created the first card showing her how to add the things I ask her to do. I mentioned 4 things... Jane had no list, and started all 4 items, but never completed any of them. Sweet girl, I guess she just needs a lot of direction, and some help organizing herself. Which is a necessity for any assistant or worker.
