Create a Wordpress Mobile Template

Do not ever hire this person. The project was promised in 10 days and took over 3 months to be delivered. I sent him money with the understanding that he would publish the "files" that he provided to me to my staging area. This was never done. The files he provided do not work. I have to re do the project myself. And I am now under the gun and am definitely going to lose money, and most likely going to lose a client over the irresponsible, unprofessional, and primarily non-responsive nature of this freelancer.
