My first job was last 2013, I worked as a Data Collection Interviewer. I conduct survey to American consumers through phone. The surveys last from 5-20 minutes. I interview them regarding a certain product or service. Our main tool was DOS. I also worked as customer service rep for Telstra. I was able to use Helpdesk. My responsibility was to answer customer inquiries, create leads , process payments, and upgrade their plans. I recently worked as an email support rep for 6 months (Lyft). I answer customer's inquiries and apply coupons that didn't go through on a certain ride. I have knowledge using Desk and Zendesk. I'm currently looking for a part time job that can support my financial needs and help me finish my studies. I'm an easy learner and likes to work independently. I always like to learn new things. I read books, play DOTA or watch movies when I have time.
