Project accepted knowing full well of all requirements needed developing but out of 10 only 2 were barely met and kept insisting on having the fees paid without delivering work as speced. Now acknowledges after receving full fees that he has not the skills to complete the project but no reply on mention of refunding some of $200 accepted. Nice enough guy for very basic work - I will certainly NOT use his services again. Lesson learn, never pay in advance no matter what ever they insist upon. No good experience makes me feel bad of myself for trusting others.
