I worked as a Sales Executive way back 2010 particularly in a car dealership. Part of my role is to do mall duties, showroom duties and face to face selling. We also do telemarketing and after sales service. Then I decided to move to a BPO company. I was an agent for collection account of CITIBANK doing inbound and outbound calls. Credit cards in particular handling past due accounts and at the same time do some up selling. I became a Unit Manager on the same account. I handled not less than 15 agents making sure that our goals will be met if not exceeded. I do coaching and call monitoring assuring that we are extending not only the BEST customer service but a REMARKABLE one. I stayed working in BPO for almost 5 years then I decided to work at home and worked as a telemarketer and an appointment setter to an Insurance company catering US clients as well.Given the chance, I can start immediately complying with all the system requirements for the role.
