I have worked for 6 years as a Team Leader for customer service account where I handled up to 10 agents with different skill sets. I have trained and coached them according to their individual levels of understanding. I take care of fraud detection, inbound sales, email correspondence and payment processing and grew the business from 1 agent to 10 agents by meeting inbound sales and hitting client targets consistently. I have been in charge for the recruitment process where I conducted screening of resumes, initial and final interviews for potential employees.
