devprog03 did reasonably well in quality of work output in this project. The Joomla templates created were quite raw and did not have the proper styles. Not even the h1 tags, which are essential for a template. The templates could not be used directly in any site and we had to rework on it to get it working devprog03 bid for this project to complete it in 5 days and ultimately took 30 days for completion. We had to send message after message and he did not care about communicating back the status. He did communicate, when he wanted only.
