I studied at“The Mayflower School” bilingual school in Chile, obtaining the FCE certificate in English at age 16. Later I entered law school at “Universidad de Los Andes”, graduating with distinction and qualifying as a lawyer in 2014. I have specialized in the confection of corporate law related to contracts, both in English and Spanish for Chilean and International Corporations. The wide range of work I’ve done has covered purchase agreements, terms and conditions, confidentiality clauses, incorporations and compromises. In 2016 I lived for six months between The United States and Europe. During this time I not only furthered my English skills, but also undertook several clients that I still work with. Therefore, I guarantee the client a legal binding accurate document. In this, I understand that the text not only demands vocabularic perfection but also that it has to represent, as faithfully as possible, the structure and intention portrayed in the original manuscript.
