I have 7 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Australian customers and also have 2 years of Online English Teaching, a year experience in data entry and 6 months as appointment setter. I also had a experience in posting ads specially craiglist. Backpage, ebay, etc. Dealing and assisting people over the phone or through chat is not a problem for me. Good communication is what I've learn that everyone needs to have a good and satisfied customers. I'm a very hard-working person and willing to learn and submit to what the company wants me to do in my job. I love challenges and new things and I'm a fast learner and I can work with a minimum supervision
