Dear Employer, I am aspiring to be a leader of the writing industry. To achieve this requires creativity, commitment, and drive. But this isn’t about me, dear employer. I’m sorry to say, it’s not even really about you. This is about the readers. Readers, these days, are overwhelmed with subpar, boilerplate information. So how does one earn their attention, leave them wanting more? Well, that is exactly what I am here to show you. Instead of English, I majored in anthropology. You see, readers come in every color, shape and shoe size. Anthropology is the science of understanding people. No matter the method, people want a story. And, frankly, you are in luck. I currently work as a scriptwriter for an independent Cambridge-based film agency. Storytelling has become my life.
